Reviews
"My kids see Nathan and are getting a lot out of the sessions. He is kind, validating, observant, and helpful to my children."
"I don't understand the poor reviews. This place is wonderful. I've always been treated kindly and my therapist, Courtney, is Godsent. I'm so thankful that places like this exist. Thank you for all that you do!"
"Eryn is super kind and so helpful! I love this place."
"Despite being a patient for around half a year, would not send documents stating I am mentally ill to a facility that needed it for a legal matter. Waste of my money, waste of my time, and I'll be dead soon. Thanks a lot."
"The he way I was treated today, I want others to know. And I hope the person who treated me and my children will take a hard look at their attitude and elect to change how they deal with hurting people. As a foster, I work through a contract agency and most of our children have special needs and require therapeutic services. With school on fall break all week, I have had more children than usual. Today I traveled over an hour to take one of them to the office. I had five children with me and one of them is autistic. The office did not have enough chairs for us to sit on, so one of my older children sat on the floor. About 5 minutes of being there a lady comes out and ask us if she could bring us another chair. I told her we were okay unless she preferred we all sit in a chair. She very rudely told us that she preferred it that way. Although that doesn't seem like such a snobbish thing, it was. The attitude was appalling ? Plus it gets worse We sat there about 30 minutes and my sweet autistic child started to get restless. If anyone has ever dealt with autism, you know that sometimes they can get a little rowdy. Well she did, and, the same snooty lady came out and told us that if she didn't stop we would have to leave the waiting room. (we were the only ones there). So, we are at a therapists office that deals with mental and emotional illness and they ask an autistic child to leave. Did she say "oh I see you are having difficulties is there anyway I can do to help you?" or maybe "we have a room that you can take the children to"? No she chose to ask us to leave and sit in the hot car with 4 children for 45 minutes. But all in all it was the way she spoke. It was as if she was the owner of an upscale clothing store and we were the Beverly Hillbillies who didn't belong. Instead of building us up as therapists should, she tore us down. I don't think she was a therapist but just the office manager. But still, how humiliating to be asked to leave. This is the very place that is being paid to help my children. Shame on you. I Just want all to know if you are facing a mental or emotional crisis, to be very prim and proper if you choose to use them and maybe you won't be ask to leave."
