"Really great workout, but not over-the-top intense. Spin is challenging. The strength is as hard as you want with lots of alternates for anyone who can't/shouldn't do certain impact moves. And mostly, ending with the Yoga leaved me feeling relaxed, balanced and with good stretching already completed! Instructors are super friendly and so are the other SPENGA members. Love!"
