"I had multiple issues with this location. I walked in with lower back pain and was told I potentially had a herniated disc. The doctor Hsu automatically went to worst case scenario and talked about surgery which is a HUGE red flag for me. I then had to call back later that day with questions about the medication they put me on, was transferred to a nurse who was on vacation for a week and it took me straight to voicemail (no communication within the office.) I had to call back immediately and was put on hold 3 separate occasions for 7-8 mins each time. They told me they would call me back within 24 hours and have yet to hear from anyone and it's been 3 days. It was a terrible experience and I will not be going back here."
