"It needs improvements, the staff was decent. I just get a negative vibe when trying clubs. Very little input or interaction at all was made. I hit some preowned clubs maybe that was why. I also think the simulators are totally inaccurate(not necessarily in distance), which makes choosing a club difficult. If I did not hit golf balls every day I would think differently. I just feel less and less likely to ever buy anything other than clothes and hats from this store. The club selection for a Superstore is weak also."

"Overall, my experience has been very good with the store. Everyone has been polite and easy to work with. I prefer to buy used clubs to save a little money and they usually have a good selection of used clubs."

"Went in to get a replacement shaft for my Callaway driver. Found what I was looking for on the shelf. Price tag on it as well. Got to the counter “we can’t sell you that shaft”…umm ok…I asked if they had shafts to buy. They did but no estimate on time to put the tip on. I assumed I would have to wait for awhile. “Manager” or someone that appeared to be in charge came over and just snatched the driver shaft back. Pretty rude. Same guy that I overheard tell an older gentleman that instead of re-shafting his irons he should buy new ones because (and I quote)..”your old and probably swing slower”…HOW THE HELL DO YOU KNOW HIS SWING?…he could be a pro level player and you just assume he swings slow because of his age? Can you say arrogant??…nice try at the upsell…glad I walked out. Never to return again. You guys just lost a few thousand dollars from me. I’ll shop somewhere where they aren’t d-bags"

"Horrible experience... pga superstore fitter entered wrong information after fitting on an iron (part of a set, but only one wrong shaft), and hybrid head loft. From there it was a customer service nightmare, which included inability to update order less than 24 hours after placing it. Then customer service cancelled the wrong club (different iron) and had very poor communication with me, and when i called back to adjust what they did (same day) they said they couldn't undo the error. So I needed to cancel right club and then reorder both... I opted to cancel all irons and ordered directly from Titleist. Then once hybrid came saw that error by fitter who admitted mistake, and customer service said I needed a shipping label from vendor not them and that I would get it in less than 2 days. Shockingly didn't come, but when I called back agent said last agent gave me wrong info and would send me a label... awful lot of headaches and mistakes on a 4k order. Oh, and the grips were wrong on all driver, 3W, and hybrid from fitting notes. Very disappointing experience."

"Ordered a full cobra golf set online, steel shafts. Received a partial set that’s all graphite, missing a 7 and 6 iron. Two 8 irons included and an extra same fairway of one of the ones they gave me. 3 of my clubs were displays, clearly scratched, chipped… terrible condition, when I ordered them new. Did not say used, display, this is such terrible customer service. Best part is after realizing everything is completely wrong I go to take some of the clubs out, and there’s security tags on 4/10 clubs. Who packaged this? They should be fired. Stay as far away and clear from this store as you possibly can. Do not think of purchasing anything from them."
