"We switched to AquaTots for location and schedule convenience. While it's better than no swim classes for sure, the real value for the time invested and progress made was slow to realize at best. Our son accomplished more in 3-6 months at our previous school than he has in 1+ years at AquaTots. Management and staff constantly turn over and they're more concerned with routine motions than the kids actually learning water survival, to be strong swimmers, and real water safety."

"Update: Nebula at the Roswell branch is amazing - so I’m adjusting my review up because she is helpful, kind, smart, and follows through. The response below from Aqua-tots is nothing short of embarrassing for them. I refused no such offer - that is a flat out lie. I’ve tried to contact management multiple times - but apparently no managers are ever there because they call back at random times and are never working when I return their call. Even the staff mentioned having a hard time getting in touch with managers. That’s a HUGE problem and red flag. I’ve literally never spoken with management so how could I have refused any of these “unique offers” they mentioned below? Learn how to run a business Aqua-Tots. Do better. Original Post: There are a couple instructors here that are great, HOWEVER…progress is SLOW and if you are one of the unfortunate souls who joined aqua-tots mid month (or god forbid end of month) you have to schedule makeup classes for all the classes that occurred that month prior to you joining (because they make you pay for a full month). Sure that annoying but here’s the kicker…you can only schedule make-ups 7 days out…so if you have 9 make-up classes (like we do) and there is no availability within the next 7 days for the instructor you want - you have to call back within 7 days and HOPE that class still has an opening when you do. They essentially make it as difficult as possible for people who have make-up classes, and let’s be honest…all our kids are sick like crazy in this post-COVID world so we’re all going to have a lot of make-ups. Get a clue Aqua-tots. Stay up with the times, and treat your customers fairly. I would NEVER recommend anyone do classes here."

"I love the school and staff, we moved further away but kept our daughter at the same location that we’ve grown to love. Our daughter has learned so many skills and she’s learning to be a great swimmer at age 3!"

"We've been coming to this location for a few years now. It's been amazing to see my son go from being horrified to get in the pool to not only loving it now, but he's become a really strong swimmer for his age. I really appreciate that they do not rush you through the various levels and have a structured approach to teaching safety and overall swim skills. The staff is really nice and accommodating. I appreciate that they seem to know us and we're greeted with a warm smile everytime we show up for our scheduled appointment. Being acknowledged really goes a long way. I like the setup, too. They have a comfy waiting area that gives you a full view of your child while swimming....and they keep the place pretty clean. I highly recommend if you're looking for a swim school for your child! It's worth the investment! They also have several locations to choose from for convenience."

"My son has been attending Aqua-Tots for a little over a year now, and I have nothing but compliments for this location and their staff! I have a very energetic and impulsive little boy, and I often worry that he can be too much for others to “handle”. As a parent, it breaks my heart when he can’t participate in activities because he is unable to control his impulses like some of his peers. The coaches and staff at Aqua-Tots have invested in my son, and they have really built relationships with him in order to better support him. They are so patient, compassionate, and gentle with him while always maintaining a safe, educational, and fun environment for the children. My son has spent the most amount of time with Coach Tommy, and I can’t sing his praises enough! However, he has also worked with Coach Victoria and Coach Megan who have also been phenomenal with him! I’m sure I am leaving out the names of other individuals who have supported my son, because the staff works as a team. Thank you to anyone and everyone who has impacted my son’s swimming experience at Aqua-Tots!"
