"I have been a patient here for many years(atleast 12). I went every year for my checkup, but the last 3 times I went, the doctor I saw previously was gone. This happened 3 times!! The last time they called to say my previous Dr was no longer there and would I be okay to see the new Dr. I said “hell no! You all got more problems there than I do. I’m not seeing another dr. Just cancel me “"

"I like Dr. Jones but I had an appointment on July 5th. Showed up to the office and was told I wouldn't be seen because he was at an emergency c-section. I was a bit annoyed but understood, they could have at least let me know before I drove there (especially with the cost of gas these days). I rescheduled for 2 weeks later. My appointment was at 9 (I was told this was the earliest appointment I could get). I sat in the waiting room for 40 minutes until they got me into a room. I waited another 35 minutes in an empty room until Dr. Jones came in. I heard another patient get put into the room next to me and she was seen before me. If I'm the first patient of the day, then why did it take so long for me to be seen? A five minute PAP made me 3 hours late to work. I don't know if the problem is his staff or just him but they do not value your time. *also during my appointment someone brought in a yappy dog and I could hear it barking from my exam room. Service animals don't do that so I don't know what it was doing in a doctor's office."

"Since I recently found out that I'm pregnant , I decided to switch to a closer OBGYN. I scheduled my first appointment with North Park OBGYN services in December of 2021, and I had my first appointment back in January of 2022. Though I had originally scheduled an appointment to see Donna Prelog, it wasn't until I got to the office for my appointment that I was informed that Donna Prelog was no longer practicing there,and that I would be seeing a different midwife that took Donna's place. I was unsure at first ,but once I met with the young lady and we got to know one another, I loved her. She's been so sweet and helpful for me through out this pregnancy so far. I've met with her three times thus far, and she has always showed compassion and listened to what both my fiance and I both had to say and took our opinions considerably. She also has an amazing sense of humor, and always makes us smile. She seems like a great lady. I am very pleased with her and her work."

"Today was my first visit with Dr.Scarborough. I have found my forever obgyn!!! She was very friendly, addressed all my questions/concerns, and made my feel very comfortable. She was thorough and knowledgeable with everything we discussed. She didn’t make feel less than and was professional the entire time. I’m so glad I went with my gut after reading reviews and chose her to my doctor. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!! The front staff was also a pleasure to talk to anytime I called with questions."

"The best group in Chattanooga !! i would recommend this office to anybody. The lady's in the front office are always so friendly and helpful. They are almost always able to get me in the same or next day. The wait time is never bad . All of the nurses are also extremely friendly . If you call with a question the nurse always calls you back the same day. Dr. Jones is my doctor he helped me through my difficult pregnancy . He truly cares about his patients & will go above and beyond to insure you receive the best care. I also seen Dr Innes who is just as good as Dr Jones. They are very knowledgeable and will make sure you get the right answers and treatment. I highly recommend choosing this office"
