"I have been coming here with my 3 children for about 14 years. They are really good about getting you an appointment in a reasonable time and rescheduling missed appointments. The wait can be quite long at times, which is annoying so be prepared. I think they are getting better with that though. I believe this may be a teaching practice because there is always a different provider or someone shadowing, which I don't mind, but I see how it would be nice to have a provider who "knows" you. So, if you're looking for more of a "family" provider with whom you can have a personal rapport and familiarity, this may not be the practice for you. Overall, I don't believe I will be switching unless I moved too far out of the way."

"I'm not sure if Dr. Okuwabi is still over this practice or not if so I pray she reads this. My children have been coming here since they were born ( 14 and 11yrs of age now). On top of which I'm due to deliver my last child any day now. (so out of loyalty to the Dr. Okuwabi would brought her there to start her medical journey as well!) Not NOW! Not after this! For the past 3yrs I want to say the service has been awful! The only saving grace is getting to see our favorite nurse Ms. Blessed! Today I received a call from their office to confirm an appointment for "tomorrow"! I explained that I hadn't set up an appointment. She argued I did! LAST YEAR! To which I replied it " wow!" A n earlier call would have been nice so I could have coordinated with school and what not!... So asked for the details of the visit, is anyone getting shots? With an attitude she replies you'll have to talk to the provider for that, are you keeping the appointment or not? Surprised behind her whole disposition from the start of the call THIS, took the cake! I told her "No! Don't worry about it! we will find another Pediatric to go to!" What in the world is going on over there!?"

"Very unprofessional wait time. U guys shouldn't make same day appointments or work on your schedule systems the wait time is ridiculous, my daughter has been a patient going on 9 years since she was 6 wks and I've seen this practice take a turn for the worse, different pediatrician everytime she comes which always been a issue for me and long wait times I under 30 mins even a hour but 2 hrs 3 hr waits is ridiculous and very inconsiderate. Very short arrogant doctor by the name is Dr. Anissa Sharifi rude!!! I had to countinusly ask for my kid diagnoses and yes it was obviously i was upset for me to wait 3 in a half hrs but the arrogant non chanlant and the matter fact u treated me as if I wasn't important or my concerns I didn't appreciate and I left not knowing her final diagnosis due to her being upset about the care we receive everytime I come for the last 3 yrs.. no apology for the wait or the concerns about the care, or anything just a pure rude doctor. which my kid didn't deserve I should have left knowing what was going on not just a prescription and left wondering what's going on due to a personal feeling when it wasn't personal.Will not return. Do not recommend, it's filthy! Stinks! No way!! Don't waste your time. Their sharp container in their rooms aren't emptied like protocol just filthy with trash everywhere mold on ceilings.. Ridiclous"

"They are inconsiderate of people time. They are the slowest practice in the world . Come in at 9:15 plan to spend ur life here . You will forget why u even came in the first place and have new issues when your child leaves"
