"We had to take our son to TC Thompson due to him being grey and lethargic, I felt like it was going to be a bad experience due to how me and my son were treated at hamliton in dalton. But they have amazing doctors and nurses who come in every hour and check on him and us as parents and they listen to all our concerns and have us a gift bag for our stay and supplies us with everything we need. Anna and walker (I think his name is walker) are amazing nurses and are on top of everything. The front desk people who answers calls are so sweet and don’t make it sound like a chore to call my son’s nurses in here to help. They have amazing staffs and I will always bring him to this hospital and his future sibling as well and I want to give birth here as well in the future."

"Don’t ever go here my son was in massive pain for 3 hours before they got him his meds and we have been here nine hours and they still can’t find us a room if u want ur kid be in a safe place go to memorial hospital"

"We spent almost 6 hours in the ER with our little guy today and I have never been so pleased with a medical staff. They went above and beyond to not only speak with me but to communicate with my son about what was going on. I wish I had caught the name of the patient care specialist (I think that’s her title) who worked with him. She was amazing! My little guy didn’t even flinch while having his IV put in because of her and the friendly, gentle, and skilled nurses doing the job. We also didn’t catch any grief about medical decisions we make for our family, only supportive and genuinely caring staff ❤️ Today was probably the first time in my life that I didn’t despise being in a hospital."

"The nurses were very nice, and comforting to my daughter. However the lack of communication between the orthopedic team, and the nurses was unprofessional. The lack of communication between the two caused my daughter to be in more pain than needed."
