"Dr.Cain is a great Surgeon and did excellent work on discovering my second toe was broken in two places. His staff is polite, but his bedside mannerism needs improvement and exam rooms are too small for patients with podiatry conditions."

"I was supposed to be visiting Dr. Alder. Came early to fill out paperwork. Waited for 15 minutes past my appointment time in the waiting room. After I went to the front desk to ask how behind Dr. Alder was, I was taken back into an exam room within 10 minutes. Upon being in the exam room another 10 minutes, I left. I was told Dr. Alder was on his way to see me, but he was in his office behind his desk. Once he saw I was leaving due to time constraints, there was no apology or communication. If you do not have to go here I would recommend Piedmont, Northside, or a private practice. A complete lack of communication and disregard for patient’s time is not the type of doctor I would want."

Dr. Alder didn't make me wait long and he was precise, good bedside manner, answered all my questions and made me feel really comfortable! I am pain free today so I thank God for them!"
