"I called 4/20/23 to reschedule two appointments & the agent that helped me was rude & racist and I feel justified in saying so because she referred to one client as a person & the African American as what ever his name is, when I asked her for her name she only gave me her first name and when I ask for her last name she rudely HUNG UP IN MY FACE.This is very unprofessional because I never raised my voice and I was simply inquiring about my treatment. Her first name is Mona if that's correct & I will be sure to file a formal complaint"

"I brought my wife in to be ER. She was brought to the back emeediately (cudos) to them . However, after waiting for over 6 hours and several test ( which I'm sure I'll see that on my medical bill) the doctor only saw her one time. Then a nurse brought her some medication. When my wife merly mentioned about going home , the nurse stopped what she was doing and within five minutes she got her discharge papers. Not one time anyone told us what was wrong with her or even explained what causes her to feel the way she was. I am very disappointed with the ER Staff during that shift. It seemed that they wanted to do the minimum and get her out of there . I hope that when this doctor who lives in a nice house and drives expensive cars realises That it's people like us that goes to Piedmont pays for those nice things. I hope you sleep well at night."

"I have called this place the last three days and still no one has contacted me. The Nurse supervisor Ryan, never answers and is never there. Left I’m about 3 messages! The lady answered the phone today said he was out so I ask for the officer manager Kirk. First she said he was out too, then put me on hold, came back to the phone and said he will call you. He still has not contacted me. I should have know to check the reviews first. Unprofessional, rude, and we are suppose to trust this healthcare system! This is ridiculous!"

"Residency program affiliated, the clinic has a dedicated hospital service and because it is residency affiliated one or more of the clinic physicians will always be in the hospital, leading to better patient continuity of care. Residents are well trained and practice with a great deal of oversight, the clinic has a great many connections within the community both from a medical perspective and a social work perspective. All insurance types should be accepted, given it is a residency clinic. One of big issues facing medicine today is continuity of patient care, fortunately this clinic manages to address that problem by having a dedicated hospitalist service."
