"Missed my first appt, so I called and ask to they take walk-ins and was told yes, I asked could I come right away and was told yes, What I wasn't told that I was going to need to wait over 2 hours to be seen. It would've been very helpful if the front desk would've mentioned it. This was my first time. I've been to other clinics for walk-in service and never had to wait like this. Not a good time impression. My search for a primary continues...."

"I will never try this clinic in my life again! This clinic refused to treat me after I have stayed for one hour without even taking my vital signs only to tell me when I knock on their door asking what’s going on, it was then they now said I have to pay $175 dollars before they take my vital signs and subsequent check what my problem is it was horrible experience!. I was in excruciating pains they don’t even give a damn, they operate as if they are still in Africa ! Choice is yours if you wanna go there! Thank you Gladys Hospital Staff for taking just $30, and under 20 minutes they took my urine took to lab to check and give me result in a twinkle of an eye!!! God bless America."
