"I will spare you of all of the redundant negative comments as we had the same experiences. .This review process, however is quite unfair. While the doctors and nurses were great and I would rate them as a 5 star. The receptionists were friendly and would receive 4 star but from that point…….. if there was negative star options I would choose that. The disarray, poor management, lack of communication and leadership was totally unacceptable. These doctors and nurses have been set up for failure due to the lack of support and management straight from the top. CHI Memorial leaders are at fault here."

"They are not on time, billing is not transparent, and working with the doctor there was simply not a pleasant experience. The surgery I had performed ended up being great and I appreciate his technical talents, but as a care provider this is hands down the most unpleasant location I've been to. It's a shame Chattanooga doesn't have a well managed urology center."

"I have seen Doctor Jahn, nice person and completely thorough. Only problem I have is getting in touch with someone in the office. They put you on hold forever and I can't wait to talk cause I have to get back to work when I call. Everyone is nice on his staff when I am there except for trying to get to speak with someone on the phone. Doctor Jahn is a good doctor. He did my surgery and I am healing slowly. I have a suggestion need to hire phone company to take the overload on phone calls so that when a person call they get to speak to someone when they call and are not put on hold immediately for 15 minutes or more. Then that company can transfer the call to different departments. It is a win win situation for both both people. Your office needs to do really fix this problem."
