"Worst place! Do Not waist your time or gas going. Biggest problem is the receptionist Georgia, they were no help and could care less about anything or anyone but themselves."
"Sent meds to wrong place multiple time, only therapy is four 45 min sessions a year.. I think it’s best if you look for other options, had to change my review from 2 stars to 1 since no improvement at all since last call."
"Now the front desk and the ladies that were I guess my case workers and called to check on me were amazing and nice. But the doctor I believe was Dr. Spaulding, was very inconsiderate. I felt like I was talking to a wall. Or a robot who only wanted to diagnose me and not listen. I was diagnosed my first visit in short time. And pumped full of meds that made me a blank space. I absolutely understand he’s not a therapist but you can listen to a patient about symptoms and how they affect them.I’m an allergy and asthma nurse and I give i give allergy and venom immunotherapy and I still listen to my patients not matter the issue. I was very wrongfully diagnosed With bipolar and mood disorders? I’m very open about my mental health bc it shouldn’t be shamed or anything but he put me on all these things that made me a zombie and no one around me knew me anymore. All I did was sleep and didn’t even eat. It’s hard to feel any anxiety or mood swings when you can’t feel anything at all I guess. It was years ago and I’m not bitter or trying to be mean, but I am now better. And as a healthcare worker I only hope someone sees this and at least avoids seeing the psych as the therapy and ladies there for you Were very lovely people. I have severe ADHD co morbid with OCD. Which is a very strange and horrible contradiction together. How was that mixed with bipolar? The OCD should have been noticed had he taken more time to hear me out. so I guess thanks for trying but I got the help and meds I need and am 100% functional again."
"I don’t typically write reviews, but this place infuriates me as it’s a mental HEALTH building. Their job is to help people, but they have done quite the opposite. I’d even say they don’t even care about any of their clients. They don’t prescribe the right medication, don’t listen to their clients when they are trying to tell them something, and they don’t pick up their phone. If you wanted to rebook an appointment for example because the medication isn’t working or something along those lines then good luck. Called multiple times. Went to the building, apparently everyone was on lunch break. The lady said to just keep calling the number and they’ll eventually pick up. Called multiple time for multiple days and still no answer. They don’t even call back. It ridiculous."
"This doctor was asking questions where I felt like I was getting a card reading from a fortune teller or a horoscope where anyone could say yes to these questions. He started me on a new medication that made me worse and an old sleep medication that I mentioned didn't work well with me. I tried to call the office and kept on getting voice-mail machines. When my appointment finally arrived and I had built myself up to try and tell his doctor what is going on instead of him wasting an hour on card reading questions, the receptionist told me it would be a phone call session which I did not sign up for. This estaishment doesn't care and it is a shame. I am looking for a new doctor elsewhere."
