"My wife has been waiting more than an hour after her appointment time and still has 1 ahead of her just for a shot. do not waste your time . They. Terrie service. don't know what they are doing"
"I had a NP named Connie, and she was super thorough and helpful. i could tell she was truly focused on the issue, and wanted to come up with the appropriate solution/treatment. im on a lot of meds, and she made sure there were no interactions with the allergy meds i needed and my meds. I am pleased with my experience at the minute clinic."
"You ever wanted to seek medical help but also feel like you're in an argument with your abusive ex? Well, if so, then you have found the right place. I had two issues, both cropping up around the same time, one a little longer than the other, but both around a week. When asked, and I said "around a week" for one and then "around a week, but I think a little longer than the first, but both around a week," she started to fight with me that that was not useful information, they cant both be a week if one is longer, and when I tried to restate it with definite terms--since the word "about" was clearly too strong a concept--accused me of not wanting help. I had an ear infection that a round of antibiotics did not knock out, I have frequent infections and know the drops often work for me compared to oral. The canal was swollen and red--confirmed by a different person the next day-- and she said that she would not perscribe drops because it "wasnt that bad." I have had lots of experiences at Urgent Care places and often sing their praises, especially the NPs I have seen, but this person should not be allowed around people at all, much less in a professional medical setting. Anyone worried in the future, that providers name was Kim Parks, so if they are not your upcoming provider, it should be fine."
"My daughter was very sick and I made her an appt here. She is 19 and had never been to this clinic. She walked in and immediately the woman was extremely rude about her not knowing how to sign in. She called me to get a code she needed to sign in and I could hear the lady in the background being rude. She then got an attitude when my daughter told her why she was there. The woman said rudely she needed her to tell her if she had Covid or strep because they couldn’t help her until she told them what was wrong with her. My daughter called me again and I told her that was their job to tell us what’s wrong with her and that’s why she was there. When she looked in my daughter’s ears she grabbed her by her earrings and pulled her ear down making it painful for my daughter. Once my daugters grandmother arrived she became nice and stopped acting so rude. After spending $200 they did absolutely NOTHING for my daughter. She was coughing so bad she could barely talk without coughing. I took her 2 days later to her pediatrician and she has bronchitis and laryngitis. This office should not be allowed to be open from the reviews I’m reading and I will be taking further action. They are rude and negligent and treat patients terribly! Do NOT waste your money in this office!!!!"
"Bad system. Slow. Definitely shouldn’t be called “minute clinic.” There are more chairs in the pharmacy than in the waiting area here and there are way more (sick) people here having to stand and wait for hours. Current wait time is 1hr and 42 minutes. We’ve been here since right after open. Our wait time was 54 minutes. It’s been an hour and we are still showing a 30 minute wait time. Go somewhere else. Don’t go here. Also they have a touch screen which is just a bad idea when everyone around you has the plague."
