I told her what I was taking that was working and she didn't call them in either. She didn't listen to me and I felt she just wanted me out of her office"

"Front desk is very helpful and polite. I was originally seeing dr wang who was fantastic but he moved, I then switched to dr. Oskins who was SO kind and patient. I had a lot of things to cover as ive had some new and unfortunate health issues. She sat there with me for over an hour listening to all my symptoms etc. she was very compassionate and knowledgeable in my treatment plan. They were busy (but wait is always reasonable if not speedy) and she really took the time necessary to help me. I highly recommend her, and after seeing two GREAT doctors here id imagine the rest are very good too. Also nurse shondra (not sure on spelling) has been a huge help to me throughout my time here, she called my insurance on more than one occasion to try and get things sorted (mistake on insurance end not the practice). I really like this office and I would recommend to anyone. I won’t be going anywhere else. Also anytime I’ve called and left messages they were promptly returned."

"They have a couple of policies you should consider before making an appointment. This practice is very self-serving, in my opinion. If something unexpected prevents you from making your appointment, your account will be assessed 50.00 if you didn't cancel within 24 hours. Also, the doctors and PAs will literally hold your needed refills until you make an appointment. I am a chronically I'll patient that has gone here for years, therefore an established patient and have had to go without refills on some occasions. These things I have found out the hard way. If you go here and a referral elsewhere, be ready to call them every other day. Just a heads up."

"My first attempt the doctor was twenty minutes late before even calling me back. My second attempt, I left work early to go to my rescheduled appointment day and time and they had a note up saying closed for inclement weather but there was no attempt to even contact me and I still received my check-in notification by email. I never should have given them a second chance and I'm taking my family elsewhere in the future. (Attached are the photo of the note and the weather at twenty minutes before my appointment.)"
