"Awesome experience at Lotus Center for Women. I took my daughter to the Body Basics class for girls taught by Lauren Barlew, NP in June. This class was perfect for my 11 year old daughter. We've had open conversations about how her body will change and what to expect...but Lauren did a great job of educating the girls in a relaxed format with open dialogue. In fact, it was such a good class that I am taking my 9 year old daughter to the Body Basics class for girls later this month. Aside from the class, the office is decorated beautifully which lends itself to making you feel very relaxed. I look forward to seeing what else Lauren has in store at Lotus Center for Women in the near future!!"
