"DONT GO HERE!!!! My daughter was going through something very very serious and they turned us away and told us to go home. They told us “it’s not serious enough.” They even told us to hurry and call another place when it was already after hours for anything to be open! We had already been at the center since 2pm. They took forever only to be told our situation wasn’t serious. Our situation was so urgent that we ended up going to the ER!!!!!!!! The hospital told us that the center should have never turned us away. My daughter had to be transported for care to Atlanta afterwards."

"STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! HORRIBLE!!! This has to be the worst medical experience I have ever had. The lack of communication, follow through and willingness to actually be helpful are non existent. Kendal should not even answer the phone! Her lack of customer service skills sent me into a full blown panic attack. Her lack of compassion and willingness to not care when dealing with family of a patient are unbelievable. Lynn is the same way but more hostile. She kept trying to argue with me and downgrade our situation and just kept repeating something that sounded like she was reading from a card.she didn’t care what I said or thought about anything. . Dr Heather was great at first then after a weekend off no longer returned my phone calls on issues we had discussed just the few days before and passed me onto a nurse to “handle” me. I left 4 messages for her to call me back and I never heard back from her at all. I was told tbere would be a 4 part treatment process and after the first step, nothing else was done. Sue Ellen was the only compassionate one I talked to but I think she’s the one they send in to nicely get rid of you. I’d say this place is a really expensive locked in daycare. I feel like it was not a helpful place at all!"
