"Absolutely awful service like always. They were out of “everything” for my online order… even Diet Coke??? Very rude with the delivery of that information as well. Was very snarky and told me i would have to contact support through the app to get a refund. When i asked “what option should i select as reason for refund” (because the app had a list of options) i was ignored. It is truly my fault for expecting anything better from this location."

"This place has done such a huge great turn around. The restaurant was clean, the food was good, fresh and hot. The service was immaculate, quick, fast and friendly. Just please do not go to Bull Street. Total disaster. Job well done Popeye's."

"SHUT THE PLACE DOWN! Rudest workers on the planet. They lack professionalism, have no concern regarding extended wait times, and talk to customers terribly. After the amount of profane words that came out of the young lady’s mouth, I was utterly disgusted. Having customers wait in the lobby for 40 minutes without any concern as you all pass out old, cold, and incorrect food to the customers in the drive thru is insane. Wish I could give 0 stars. The manager is no better. She sits back and watch poor actions and listen to filthy mouths."

"I placed an online order and paid extra for Mac this location gave me sides that were stale and tasted to be a day old vs a few hours. They were disgusting but I live a far way out so I didn’t go back to the location. When I get the opportunity I’m definitely reporting this to corporate. This is a waste of money."

"The wait was so long, and the line was almost in the street (closed dining area), but the chicken was hot, crispy, fresh, and delicious. The sides were good- biscuits (a tiny bit dry, but nothing a drizzle of honey couldn't help), and savory red beans and rice."
