"I call check that they take unicare insurance they says yes they can take my child’s insurance they took appointments all we came this morning and the women up front tells me they don’t take my insurance but online it says they do and also when I called did all paper work she said they did but the day of appointment all the sudden they don’t take the insurance pretty much says I’m sorry we don’t take it but I explaine you told me on the phone you did and set up all there appointments and it’s online that you do accept it tells me sorry cancels all there appointments the day of my 2 year o kids appointment time and day and leaving us in beckly looking for another pediatrician explain to the new doctor about what happen they were completely shocked and disgusted I do not recommend what so ever I’m super disappointed and how we got treated day of appointment after we got told insurance was approved there papers all filled out the day of appointment get rod they all the sudden now don’t take it turn us away cancel all appointments"

"Staff and provider is great when scheduling issues and are very nice. However it is hard to deal with them when you have a financial or insurance issue."

"I saw Dr. Solari as a child and now my daughter sees him too, him and his staff have always been very sweet and he always make sure to give thorough answers to questions or concerns. You can tell Dr. Solari loves what he does and cares about his patients!"

"The man himself is nice. His staff lately has become the rudest people ever. As a doctor he didn't catch that my daughter had a thyroid problem. I had to take her to another doctor and it wasn't something easy to miss. My daughter's thyroid was to be between .45 - 4.5 and hers was 586. I spoke my concerns about this several times and it was overlooked. Anyway I called today about getting another referral for her foot doctor and they tell me they don't see her (my daughter)anymore because of missed appointments. I missed one appointment that I called and explained why I missed it. They rescheduled her when I told them not to and claimed that we missed the appointments. The rude lady at the desk today went on to tell me that they sent me a letter about all of this and I told her I never received a letter which I didn't. And she said well it was sent out and I said okay but I'm telling you I never received it. And looking more into it she realized oh yes that letter was returned to us because we don't have your right address. Well I have lived in the same place for 2 years and I have given my address several times. This wasn't a bad place to go when my kids were very little but the older they've got the ruder their staff have got and the more medical issues are overlooked. It was probably a blessing that they took it upon themselves to not see my daughter anymore over appointments that they kept rescheduling. Now I can find her a doctor who will actually listen and pay attention."
