"This place is a joke I show up before my appointment time and set here A hour and a half and still not been seen. And the one I go to is for the disease control center I highly do not recommend this place. I have been setting here 3 hrs now."

"If I could give zero stars I would. I wish I had gotten the woman’s name that I spoke to but she was extremely rude. Honestly, rude is too nice of a word for how she was. She started off annoyed that she had to end a conversation with a coworker to help my dad and I and then her attitude just progressively got worse throughout the conversation. I won’t be back and I definitely will not recommend this place to anyone else. Please consider hiring staff that actually doesn’t mind to help and answer questions."

"The receptionist was extremely barbaric and disrespectful. Heavy set, dark haired with a high pitched voice. My son has a piece of candy lodged in his ear for a week now, finally was able to get him into see dr Blaine and she was extremely nasty “well dr Blaine is on lunch.” No duh big un. I was early. Then proceeds to tell me that my masked children weren’t allowed to be there. I’m 7 months pregnant with no sitter. Thanks for causing my son another day in agony. We have to go to the ER now. I’m reporting this monster to corporate. No need to be so disrespectful to someone who is over the top respectful and kind."

"I have been a patient of Dr Richards for several years. She has seen and treated me at my worst. I have transferred with her from each location she has moved to over the years. She and her office manager Jennifer are kind, compassionate and intelligent. They work hard to keep in contact with patients even outside of business hours thru the portal or phone calls when someone has a new diagnosis or isn't doing well. I have seen other neurologists, but I have never received better care. I am proud of these women for the work they do and I feel safe knowing my health is in their hands. I highly recommend this office."

"My parents are 87 and 84. The first appointment my Dad had was two months ago. He took this appointment because there was a waiting list for the other neurologist here in Beckley. Feeling a little anxious the day of the appointment....I took my parents to this appointment. Check in was ok, but once back in the room, it was a very long wait. Mom has her own health issues and was getting sick to her stomach. I went to ask about where the doc was and the nurse said.."she has other patients ahead of you". Really! All I saw was the workers on their phones!This visit today we walked out after sitting in the room for an hour. What is wrong with this picture? Bad Bad Bad Doctor!! No bedside manner AT ALL!!! Today's date...1/8/2020 I don't even give her a star! I'm sorry..this was for Dr. Richards..if you wanna call her a Doctor."
