"The initial appointment everything went great and I was scheduled for an appointment very fast. They also explained to me what I needed to pay to get my teeth fixed. Second visit the girl up front was very rude to me and didn’t explain much at all to me about my insurance and when my claim would be sent over to my insurance. Plus I was over charged for services. Still haven’t received a check for this. I am now still waiting after four months on my claim to be processed. I’ve called the office several times to ask them if my insurance covered the rest of my procedures and it’s the same answer every time we sent the X-rays to my insurance company. My insurance company has also called for X-rays several times because this is a lie my insurance company didn’t receive anything. After four months later, they call me and asked me to come into the office for more X-rays because of the systems being down that my X-rays didn’t transfer over. After I have been told several times the X-rays were sent. Basically, they lost them! Once my husband came down there and told the manager somehow they found my initial X-rays. One month later here I am again and the X-rays still haven’t been sent. I will never step foot in this place again! I’ve never been treated so poorly in my life! The girl up front needs fired she’s lied to me several times on the phone. BEWARE of this place initially they are nice. After several visits and no claims processed they lie to your face and take your money without hesitation! If I could give them no stars I would."

"My first visit was good! They was able to get me scheduled pretty quickly to have my work done in the up coming weeks! I have always been nervous when it comes to the dentist, but everyone there that i spoke with was really nice so that made it alittle easier to be there, so I thank you for that!"
