"I adore Dr. Hale and his PA (unfortunately I cannot remember his name at the moment), as well most of the other staff but I have been having a terrible time getting ahold of the surgery scheduler. I have been playing phone tag with them since last week to get my kidney stone removal surgery scheduled and to find out details about that and my preop stuff but it is darn near impossible to get anyone other than the answering machine. I am already very stressed out and this is making it worse. I definitely don't want to put blame on anyone because I understand the office is very busy, but surely there can be a better way to be able to get answers."
