"Always super nice on the phone. But not so helpful. Kept this office when I moved back to NE Ohio. Got into my first car accident and called the office. They had me call the police station to collect additional info. The station was surprised and said usually the insurance company handles all that because that's what you're paying them to do. Called All-State back and they said since I was not at fault for the accident they do not get involved at all. They just gave me the contact info for the other driver's insurance company so I had to make the report to the other insurance company, organize the towing to their repair shop, and organize a rental car on my own. Everyone I tell this story to says that's the complete opposite of how thing's are supposed to go. Anyways, I made an immediate switch to a more local branch that seems much better organized/hands-on and I'm much happier for it"

"Very customer service friendly agency. Always with good suggestions. The Drivewise app. still has many bugs to it, such as phone use, in that if a passenger uses your phone as in Google maps, there's no way to tell drivewise, you, yourself are not using it. If you pull over to use phone, it will still log you as using phone while driving, as long as you shut off car and open drivers door to disconnect phone, then it logs off trip."
