"Never actually been to this practice but who ever runs the phones/front desk isn’t very professional at all. I called to make an appointment because I’ve heard great things about this office but the woman who answered said they did not take my insurance so I asked if I could pay out of pocket because I really wanted this to be my primary care office she stated she “didnt think they could take my money” & that she would ask and call me back…. It’s been a week and I have yet to hear from them which I’m sure I won’t."
