"Waited roughly 15/20min to even get to order. Was told over the Entercom they had lemonade, it's an upcharge, something we were willing to pay for a small lemonade, get up to pay and get our items, pay for the meal, then as they hand out the food, say they are out of lemonade and asked if we wanted something else, we subbed for a hi-c but then gave us issues when we asked for the upcharged drink we didn't end up getting...now I understand times are tough and places like this have trouble finding quality help but getting upset with the customer for wanting their refunded money for something they weren't gonna get is ridiculous imo. Would not recommend this mcdonalds."

"This will be the slowest McDonald’s experience you have ever had. I live in Ooltewah and my Grandson loves the Chicken Nuggets. If you don’t have 20-30 minutes to commit to getting through the drive-thru, don’t waste your time. One day they told me to pull up and just forgot about us! You can get full service in a dine in Restaurant faster than you can get through the Drive Thru! They need to hire a Manager from Chick Fil A to run this location! There are times, we just have to leave the line because it is taking too long."

"I have never had such slow drive thru service. I was getting 2 drinks only. I understand the persons ahead of me possibly had large orders, but when I pulled up, I saw 5 people working and no one at the window. Another 2 minutes waiting after 15 minutes in the line, a girl came running up to the window, pushing others aside, gave me my drinks, saying sorry, and slamming the window shut"
