"Got home food was cold .I ordered a 12 peice dinner got a 8 peice for $43...nothing was right .I called back they would replace the 4 prices that wasn't there THE gravy for the potatoes not the cold biscuits. Just was worth the drive back up the Highway."

"I chose the WRONG location to visit after not having Bojangles for quite some time. Afternoon visit, not a car in line. Asked the guy if the fries were fresh bc I ordered a large with my meal...he stamers "uh, they're pretty fresh". It would've taken minimal effort to say, "hey were not busy so me just drop a few if you don't mind waiting." Fries were stale and barely warm and chicken wasn't hot!!! I understand why people get frustrated when their food isn't correct!"

"I ordered and paid for my meal and coffee. Then the manager sees that he is out of hot coffee and refuses to make more, only offering a fountain drink. He said they don't "usually" make coffee after 3. I'm sorry, but that's not my fault! I already paid for it!.....Thankfully another employee went ahead and made the coffee to avoid a confrontation, because I was about to get hostile up in there after several polite requests."

"I went through the drive thru and the lady was super nice. My food however was not. I ordered the 3 piece supreme and my three chicken supremes barley equaled the size of one. All I could do was laugh."
