"Gonna have to change this review, I've been here three days in a row after ordering on the mobile app, either I've had to wait more than ten minutes after check-in for one drink or I've been given the wrong order altogether. There is zero convenience."

"I hardly ever leave a review but this place is bad with their service. We have gone multiple times because the food is usually good but you get some mean looks from the waiters and one guy who always says “yep” and gives you looks when you say “thank you” or “have a great day.” Today, the waitress didn’t even acknowledge us when we greeted her. All we got was a dirty look. Acting like we were just an inconvenience to her."

"I have the app, and love to order ahead (half off!!!), and just stop by for drinks and slushes. Totally recommend getting the app for anyone, it has saved me so much money. The employees are always very friendly and nice! When I brought my dog, the girl who brought my drink out was so happy to see him! Also love that as soon as I sign in at whatever kiosk I sign in at, it keeps me updated on my order. It tell me where if is, and then who will be bringing it out to me shortly."

"Was with my wife today and CHLOE the manager is the Michael Jordan of bad customer service. If I was going to cast a bad manager for a movie, I would cast someone EXACTLY like her. She walked out with a hotdog that looked like it was put together blindfolded and told us “we were just going to have to deal with it.” It looked disgusting so my wife asked them to remake it. CHLOE then accused her of just trying to get free food. Keep in mind this was after we paid for a hotdog. She then told us if they remade it, it would look the same.
