"Do not order the steak nachos. We paid $16 and got 6 bite size pieces. Manager was rude stating they are weighed out but it couldn’t have even weighed 2lbs. We had to ask for more cheese and couldn’t even tell there was cilantro on them. It was a joke. I do not recommend eating here! Our server was good, but tonight is her last night here. Again, do not recommend the local goat."

"Best service EVER! Claritza was the best!! I am a server myself and I could never even match this experience at my job. The food was amazing. The bar drinks were delicious. The mango margarita was to DIE for it had actual big pieces of mango. The steak nachos were delicious the steak melted into our mouths. Our server took her time and made us feel confident about our orders l. She caught me at the door before I even got to my table and got my drink order. She recommended the bread pudding and we all were in love with it. Thank you so much for this amazing night!! We all decided this is going to be the PLACE for all of our birthdays and special occasions. Thanks so much Claritza you deserve a big raise!"

"I don’t live in Tennessee, in fact I live a few states away, BUT THIS PLACE IS MY GO TO when I visit!!! Every time I’ve been, the food is always top notch. The food is so fresh (the waiter will most times tell you about that when you go) and also delicious. The service is always excellent. Last time we went our server was awesome. Super attentive, gave us recommendations on places to go, answered questions & had the perfect amount of time serving us to letting us eat. I think her name was Leanne? I wish I remembered! Schrute Burger: Excellent impossible burger. Not much to it, but still very good. Can’t really go wrong with a basic (plant based) burger. Fries: I loveeeee that they are thin!!! They are some of the best fries I’ve ever had. Definitely a buy. Chicken Tenders: AMAZING! Tied for best I’ve ever had. They taste just like PDQ (which makes excellent chicken tenders, and is also tied for best) but the price difference makes it worth it to go to Local Goat. The portion of chicken they gave me was huge! The Honey Mustard was super good too! I think I prefer PDQ’s though, because I like a bit of tang, but Local Goats was great too. Super sweet and fresh tasting, could almost drink it. Nothing like bottled. If you’ve ever been to ‘Burger 21’ it is very similar to their ‘Toasted Marshmallow’ sauce, but obviously with a honey mustard twist! Fried Green Tomatoes: OMG definitely the best thing I’ve had off their menu. I’m not a tomato fan but they made it sound so good, and it was! There’s caramelized onions, bacon jam, goat cheese, and a bit of a salad (lettuce with balsamic glaze) on the side. We scraped the plate clean. The breading was perfect. Not oily, not thick, but a light crisp crunch. The flavors work awesome together and you should definitely try it. White Chocolate Bread Pudding: I finally tried this the other day, and it did not disappoint! It’s probably a 4x4x4 piece of bread pudding. This is definitely a new staple. It was soooo good!"

"I always wanted to visit this place when i was visit family in Chattanooga. So glad i stop by. It was Sunday after church so it had a little crowd but we was seated pretty fast. The menu is amazing so much to choose from. I got the lamb burger with fries. I love the burger it was amazing. The fries weren't for me. My husband like them they are like 5 guys fries very great for me. Back to the burger, whoever they get the meat from its great pick. My husband got the bison meatloaf . It was good he really enjoyed it was not dry or anything very juicy mush potatoes was good. Now, for the best part . I got the white chocolate bread pudding with ice cream . They added caramel around it, which made it even better. So if you come here with a group of friends and just want something little to eat, get that. Everyone was so nice that worked there i saw them helping each other out. We will be back time i hope."
