Reviews
"Food was delicious, prices were very low, I got a coke for only $1 and a fantastic burger with fries for $10. I'll definitely be coming back. The place is kid friendly and they have a vast vegetarian/vegan selection too!"
"This is a little hole in the wall that had great food. I ordered a 1/2 smoked chicken with red onions, homemade pico and corn tortillas (weekend special). The hubby got the smoked brisket baked potato. Both were really good and fresh. I have saved this place to my road trip dining folder, we would def stop again."
"I am not sure how this place has so many high reviews. They are either paid reviews or old. I was excited to try this place as I love local eats. It was noticeably unkept and dirty once we walked in, but I was with my sister and our kids and didn’t want to ruin it for everyone else. Read through the reviews… most reviews are from the old location. THIS new location failed their inspection from the health department. The floors, counters, drink area, really entire restaurant was dirty and grimy. I ordered the frito chili pie bowl thinking it would be pretty difficult to mess up, but I was wrong. I’m not sure what I received, but it wasn’t a frito chili pie. Someone posted a photo of one awhile ago from this place and mine looked drastically different. The chili that was under the pile of lettuce, cilantro, shredded cheese was cold (you can see the cheese was not melted at all) and the veggies were wilted and discolored. I didn’t want to complain so I just didn’t say anything, but my sister noticed I wasn’t really eating and asked. I told her and she said something on my behalf. The woman who identified herself as the manager was extremely rude and highly defensive despite my sister being kind. I truly wasn’t trying to be difficult and never ask for a refund for food, but a replacement or remake should have been possible. My daughter’s lettuce on her cheeseburger wasn’t washed/cleaned, old, and wilted. The meat was cold."
"Surprise, surprise! They have vegan options and meat options. The jackfruit was pretty good. The fries were very crispy. My daughter loved her vegan Mac n cheese. The server was very friendly. Your order at the counter and can sit anywhere you like."
