"Beware. Do not apply here. Came in to tour, paid for application, and then never heard back from the leasing agent. I had expressed my concern for communication with this company due to the reviews I had seen and was assured that the residents were just “complainers”. So I took a chance, then finally spoke with someone today. They said apps get processed within 24-48 hours… we are well outside of that by now. They just took the application fee with no further communication."

"The entire move in process was very smooth. I LOVE my apartment its so peaceful. All my neighbors are polite. My leasing agent, Eboné, was SO sweet and helpful and made the process so much easier! Everything in my unit was cleaned and I was satisfied."

"Sadly where do I start. The exterior steps are now taped off with caution tape. Over a month now. Exterior lights don’t work. It’s dark going towards the back of the building. And now there’s a Level 3 criminal living in the complex. Sadly there are children, elderly, single mothers and women. Here. This is not the environment I want to live in!!!!! At last time when I checked 2 of the 3 were still not repaired."

"My time with this company has been nothing but awful. I went 2 month with no heat, power was constantly out, water reaked and was always yellow. Not to mention that they have zero communication skills with their tenants. Corporate was rude to me and withheld information as to why I never received my security deposit. I feel completely appalled I even have this complex my business, for them to charge me a whole months rent after I moved out! And using my deposit to pay for it without permission or notifying me. Terrible place I pray nobody else has to go through what I went through here, absolute atrocity and they should not be in business doing this to people."
