"Caution: Do not purchase STAINMASTER Pet Protect carpet from Lowes. We purchased the STAINMASTER Pet Protect carpet from Lowes (with install) a little over a year ago. It was recommended that we use Bissell cleaner if we wanted to clean the carpet ourselves, and have the carpet professionally cleaned, periodically. We've done both and only both to keep our carpet clean - no other questionable products or methods have been used. Despite this, we noticed over several weeks, our color slowly wash out - almost as if there were lighter bleach or streak marks. Initially, this was mostly noticeable in the sunlight coming through the windows, but before long it became visible in normal lighting. We filed a claim with Lowe's STAINMASTER to remedy the issue, confident that this would be rectified. Well, they essentially told us to pound sand. They told us that they were not responsible for the color loss. So, we're now stuck with thousands of dollars of defective carpet that's a little over a year old, that looks absolutely hideous. Additionally and unrelated, our pets have had two accidents on different areas of the carpet. Even after a professional cleaning on both areas, a slight brownish color still remains. It's a shame that this can happen to a consumer. I'm really surprised there isn't some class action lawsuit in play - we really can't be the only ones to have gone through this. UPDATE: To all who've read the reply to this - "Hi Michael, we're so sorry ... We'd like to look into this ...", do not be swayed or assume that this was anything more than PR damage control by Lowes. This was an attempt to give the perception to anyone reading my review that they've tried to make things right. They haven't. I contacted them after their reply and they essentially restated the same rejection reasons to me as they'd done during the initial rejection - contacting them was a complete waste of my time. Buyers beware."
"Excellent place to shop for home repair. It's wheelchair accessible. They have veterans discounts. I don't know if they have a restroom. They do have plenty of parking. And also handicap parking.."

"Store was par the course for what you'd expect at a Lowes location. The staff was extremely helpful when using the warranty on one of my Craftsman ratchets. While we were there we also picked up many sockets that I've lost of the years as well as other supplies for our business! No qualms whatsoever! I was also extremely happy to see that they had a Caroline's Cart. Inclusiveness withing business settings is so heartwarming to see and we really appreciated this!"
"Last night 6/16/I came here and a pretty girl with short was helping me which was very polite, but for some reason my North Carolina license wouldn't register through their machine which was fine with me. She was very nice and helpful. But today on June 17th my dad and I went there and different lady was there and was very rude, telling me that they don't have to give me a refund or gift card for the return because it was over 90 days, where as the lady last night says because it's over 90 days they can only issue a gift card which is what was needed anyway. On another subject .... A customer came up behind me asking for help in the light bulb section and three times the lady said she couldn't understand him, but he was speaking very clearly. And said he needed help with the light bulbs and she replied aisle four. I told her no. He needs help with the light bulbs. She says I'll four. The guy ended up leaving to aisle 4 and I told him that if they don't help you I'll be back there and I'll help you. The lady heard that and says we can send him help to the light bulbs. But that whole time she never sent any help. After I left she started waiting on another customer and never pays to anybody to help him on aisle for. I would have left the five-star review for the lady last night, but because of the lady today they only get a three star. If I only dealt with this lady today they would have got a one star"
