"I had went in a month ago to get a key made. Not overly friendly and seemed in such a hurry. Well the key didn't work, so I came back. The fellow working named Jim was such a friendly guy and remade the key for me and gave me 2 extra for the inconvenience! We stayed there for a while just talking with him. So refreshing cuz it seems that customer service is a lost art at alot of business's. Not here! They made us feel welcomed from the time we entered by the cashier till when we left with a smile on our faces!"
