"I paid extra for both of my dogs to be de-shed and both of them looked like a de-shedding brush never touched them. In fact, one of my dogs came home with 3 mats behind his ears because he wasn't brushed behind his ears after being washed. Now I am having to go back and repair the damage left behind by the groomers. Very unsatisfied and will not be returning."
