"I was quoted one price then they up charged me for $15. They stated all 3 of the dogs we matted (one yes a little the other 2 were not) however they pretty much shaved ALL 3 of my dogs including the face of one if em. They were negatively unrecognizable my friend picked them up and refused to send me pics due to the horrible cuts!!!! I have never in my life seen such poor work. I will never bring my dogs there again nor will I shop in the store based off the people that are hired. It seems like they were very inexperienced groomers."
