"We got a room for four days... I wish I could have seen the room before paying. The shower water cold and bed spread dirty with blood. Good thing I had my own bedding. We only got towels once and the maid didn't speak English. Thus was a nightmare."

"The room was decent, the shower has many settings but the curtain doesn't keep water in the shower . The shower itself had mold couldn't get any extra towels and the free breakfast wasn't bad either."

"Horrible I had to give 1 star in order to post me and my boyfriend stayed a week after being asked to leave hometownlodge whose dirty too we lived there 3 years and no reason was giving to leave ok after staying a week and we told the front counter guy that we more than likely will be staying 2 weeks but they end up reserving the room remind you we just had to move so we was tired had a bunch of stuff told us we had 2 options move 2 doors down into a small size room tv little and more than likely pets been in and out of there no disrespect I love pets but not the hairs possibly fleas but anyway we asked for a refund not knowing it wouldn't post until 3 4 days later with no more money for the next room across the street super 8 thank God for his boss who loaned the money until it posted I recommend no one go here period. I enjoyed the breakfast about it I was told they don't have no smoking rooms I'm looking at their advertisement and see they do bed was up to high nearly slide off. Rude white lady I think her name is Sara with the glasses on."

"The room itself was pretty comfortable. You can visibly tell that this hotel needs some TLC but in the end the bed was comfortable, the room didn’t smell like smoke and location was great. Now, the pool on the other hand…appeared too not have been cleaned it quite a while and even if you paid me I would not have not even thought twice about jumping in. Overall, you get what you pay for and can’t expect any more or less than that."

"First of all, I booked this hotel because it has outside entrances and I have a cat. I wanted a room that I could pull my car in front of to unload. The front desk man assigned me to a room on the back side of the hotel where I had to walk completely around the property. Told him to refund me. He then offered a 2 double bed room where I could pull my car in front of. The rate I booked as $60.00 for one night plus tax plus an additional $20 for my pet. The total bill was $100.81 which means $20 in taxes which is a tax rate of 20%. Okay, whatever! I went to the room to find it a smoking room which smelled like a pool hall and the TV did not work. I wasn’t about to start an argument over this as I had been driving for many hours. I then noticed the front desk person ran 7 different charges on my credit card. I will wait to see what settles but if it’s one penny more than what the receipt reads, the entire amount is being disputed! In addition, people live in the hotel and it appears they rent to road crews who sit outside all night drinking. This morning at 5AM when I started loading my car, there was a car parked in the lot with lights on. It sat there for an hour. Very creepy! I have Choice Rewards but it’s being canceled because of this. In my opinion, Choice Hotels are the equivalent to Motel 6!"
