"While I have been coming to this pharmacy out of necessity for the last year+ due to their compounding capabilities, I will not be going back after this prescription is filled (partially out of choice, but also because I’m told now that my pets medicine is a “hazardous compound” and they all of the sudden now can’t handle it, which I believe to be a cop out). Their phones have been malfunctioning apparently for a long time, as the Marietta location literally laughed when I asked if they knew why they weren’t answering, and only after Marietta “messaged” them, did I finally get through. Today was no different- I called over a dozen times, only actually getting through one time. I was told the prescription that I had been getting routinely auto-refilled was out but I wasn’t aware. I was told I had to call the vet, which I did, and they called it in right away (early morning). Fast forward several hours later. I have been calling for this hours, regularly, to confirm receipt and to get an ETA on completion, as my pet has now been without his life altering medication for 4 days. I was able to get through only one time, but no one answered. After that, the phone was malfunctioning. So, I decided to drive the 35 minutes there and wait for it to be ready. I was greeted initially with information which wasn’t surprising- it’s not ready. But the fact it wont be, until possibly tomorrow, was the final straw. I was understandably frustrated, and the pharmacist and the front desk clerk were not helpful - they were smug, accusatory, and confrontational. (My name has changed, maiden to married, and they wanted to make sure I knew how inconvenient it was to them.) I was then told that “well, this will be the last time they’ll fill it anyway, because that compound has been deemed hazardous.” I don’t believe that for one second - they just don’t want to deal with me. Fine. I’m glad to take my business elsewhere. The entire medical industry is already a nightmare to navigate; the last thing your customers want is to walk into an unwelcoming, unhelpful, negative customer service experience. Also, get your phones fixed. This would have all been avoided if someone over the phone had told me “oh it won’t be available until this evening.”"

"I've been using Lacey's since 2005, and they've been fantastic. They're a compound pharmacy so I believe, unlike typical pharmacies, they can customize formulas for instance for your little one's or pets as prescribed. Honest pharmacy, they delivered during the pandemic, and I noticed they have a mail service which would be great with regular prescriptions. Medical equipment and niche items can be found here. Update/edit: Seems they've removed any toxic new hires from the front of the house, which is great. It's a better experience than any monster mega group out there. Certainly worth a try if you haven't been. You'll wonder what to do with the extra time you might have wasted waiting elsewhere."

"I just called to have a prescription filled but apparently compound techs don’t work on Sundays. Fine. But I was then told by Carla who is apparently hard of hearing and VERY rude that the prescription most likely won’t be ready until Tuesday. Sorry but when someone is in pain, waiting 2 days for a prescription is not an option. I’ll take my business where they actually care and aren’t rude! Horrible customer service. Surprise! It’s Thursday and they never called about my prescription being filled."

"Similar to another’s review I found an older lady at the front desk very rude and unhelpful. I called ahead to ask about a prescription and was told that it was not there. Then after being told to call my doctor again, I sorted it out. Went to the pharmacy an hour later only to be rudely told they left a message the day before that it was filled. I discovered the message was left on an old phone number but rather than be helpful the older lady just rudely questioned me why there was a wrong number instead of being helpful. I then had to fill out paperwork to make a change the phone number. I would like to have known why I was told just an hour before that the prescription was not there rather than be treated rudely upon sorting it out. Very disappointing unfriendly service."
