"I had a last minute trip come up, like same day type of last minute, and they were more than happy to work with me and accommodate mine and my dogs needs! Getting her booked was such an easy process and I couldn't have been more grateful for their fantastic customer service. I was hesitant at drop off due to the other dogs barking and it sounding like an animal shelter (my dog is a rescue and did not do well in a shelter setting). They were made aware of this and worked their magic to where I received a phone call that evening that she was adjusting perfectly and having a blast! At pick up, despite not booking an "exit bath" in time, she wasn't dirty or super stinky so that tells me the facilities are very clean. My dog was so happy and very sleepy from all the play time, which is a very hard thing to do since she has endless energy. Price was very reasonable and we will definitely be returning!!"

"The people were nice, but they chop shopped my Mini Aussie so bad. His ears are over trimmed, his front beard is all uneven and they completely shaved his underneath when I asked for a trim to leave him looking like a typical Aussie. Then they hid the choppy front with a bandana. Yes, I know his front gets very tangled and we do our best to keep it brushed, but this is just wrong. I took a Mini Aussie and am not sure what I got back. EDIT: Steve called me to discuss the situation. I appreciate them reaching out after posting this review and asking what they can do to make it right. They have seen the pictures and there is nothing they can do for my poor Whiskey until his fur grows back out, but I am glad I was able to discuss it with them directly."
