"Don’t you love being accused of theft? Especially when you didn’t steal anything and have the receipt to prove it. My wife and I were completely targeted and profiled at self checkout. Stared at and micro managed on if we were scanning items and putting in the correct number of produce. We had a case of water at the bottom of our cart, that was being paid for separately. The old lady at self checkout made it a point to point out that we didn’t scan the water, we told her it was a separate order. She still proceeded to watch over our shoulders at every item we scanned. All groceries AND water was paid for. Old lady then went to the customer service counter and told them that I was “doing something fishy”. I then went behind her to the customer service desk, willingly provided my receipt and told them I wasn’t shoplifting. They had nothing to say while their mouths just hung open. My opinion: put someone on self check out that comprehends modern technology."

"Wanted to take some time to thank Tripp in the deli for making the best pub sub I've ever had! I came in close to closing after a long day on the road and he was cleaning up for the night, but he still took the time to make a sandwich with a smile and even gave me samples of a different cheese he recommended for my sub. He went above and beyond when he absolutely didn't have to. Thank you!"
