"This Home Depot store is clean, organized and mostly in stock. I had a wonderful associate ask me if I needed and help and was so very kind. That was a minute after I walked in and sadly, for the rest of my visit not one associate spoke to me- even as I rang up my own purchase. The front of the store is clean and full of power equipment. The shelves are stocked and well organized. Hoping the associates will begin speaking to the customers."

"If I could give a 0, then that would not be low enough. The manager/person who called me today even laughed at me at the end of the conversation. They installed a gas appliance incorrectly days ago, putting my home in danger, and said it was safe to leave as-is and use! I have pics of their texts saying so."

"Returns desk has the rudest lady in the whole state of Georgia Maty Hispanic lady was absolutely obnoxious because I spoke Spanish to her and she refused to explain and or help in Spanish I mean clearly I'm bilingual but I feel more comfortable asking questions in Spanish to work faster and better granted she speaks Spanish refused to help and acted so rude I can't believe home depot has bilingual employees that are judging us the construction workers that mostly speak Spanish sad and horrible and unwelcoming image from home depot you know LOWES have bilingual employees that helps others with a smile in their face unlike Matty the Hispanic lady at Returns that hates Spanish and people who speak it! Negative 10 stars!"

"Friendly and helpful staff. Went in to exchange trash bags for larger bins and realized there weren’t many options for 55 gallon trash bags. Thankfully I found the few I could find but may have to search where else I can purchase these in the future."
