"I ordered a refrigerator from Lowe's on November 1st, 2023, with a promised delivery in December for our new home. However, the delivery has been rescheduled six times, leaving us without a refrigerator for over a month. The lack of communication and inability to resolve the issue is frustrating. I advise against ordering appliances from Lowe's based on this experience."

"They are swapping to self check outs with cashiers helping you. I don't particularly like that at all. And then when I went to customer service they informed me I couldn't use my card through the app, which I have done every trip there previously."

"This is my local Lowe's. It is close and convenient for when I need home improvement items. With that said, my latest visit was a bit disappointing. The bathroom was beyond gross. I know it is used frequently throughout the day but their should be a cleaning schedule in place to do routine cleaning. I witnessed a bandaid in the sink, 2 units "out of order" and trash all over the floor. One of the "usable" units did not have toilet paper. One of the soap dispensers was out of soap. Petty? Maybe. I just dont want my local store to become complacent and not keep simple cleanliness measures in place and take them seriously. My company spends a good amount of money at this location as well as me personally. I could take a few extra minutes and drive to Home Depot but that isn't the route I want to take. I also want to mention it seems finding help has been more of a challenge lately than in the past."
