"My son had an evaluation done then we were scheduled for December 5th, 2023 for results over the phone it’s now December 21st, 2023 and I’ve still not heard from the doctor with results after calling almost everyday. They keep brushing me off with excuses."
"My children has Autism screenings here in April 2023, they never sent me the results after they finished them, they lost my kids test results. Refused to send me son results once they found them again. I need them for their school. I have called them and they keep brushing me off. It is now December 2023, 8 months of this! My kids primary care doctor has sent them multiple requests for the paperwork and they still will not send it to them."
