"The older manager lady with the blonde natural hair has a nasty attitude. It’s nobody fault she’s old working for little pay !! I’ve watched her be nasty to pretty much every customer but nice to one customer who was gossiping with her about celebrities. 12/28/2023 I see over time the employees at this place never get better. Sharonda who assisted me today had a nasty attitude for no reason to the point I decided not to purchase anything, I left my items on the counter and walked out. Bad attitudes must be a job requirement to work for Cititrends."
"Little choices. No customer service interaction unless you take being served while employee is sitting at a fold up table with head phones in so they can't hear you talk as any type of service. Definitely the worst experience ever in any cititrendz I've been in. If you do go then I would say....good luck with that."
