"Amazing! That about sums up our experience at Serenity. It was our first boarding experience for our Rhodesian ridgebacks and we had heard about how wonderful this place was from other dog owners. Our initial visit we were blown away. Not only by the personal service but by the cleanliness and luxuriousness of the facility and also by how happy the dogs there seemed. When we dropped them off for their stay it was seamless besides a small melt down by one of pups but Beth handled it exceptionally. Beth and her team were phenomenal! She personally texted videos and updates on the pups daily. When we went to pick them up both of them came running and excited to see us but also ran back into the facility for more fun. She also won over our Piper Cub who is not an easy acceptor of new friends. We left with both dogs bathed and a hand written note with doggie treats on their stay. If you are looking for a normal kenneled boarding place then this place isn’t for you. But if you are looking for exceptional care and a home away from home for your pups then look no further. Not once was I worried and it made our vacation even better knowing our dogs were in amazing hands. We will definitely be sending our dogs here again! They can’t wait to go!! "We love Serenity Dog Retreat!!! Duke, our five year old French Brittany had never been to a dog Kennel. So we were worried to be away for 5 weeks. After looking at several Kennels we decided that Serenity was the best choice. Every thing worked out perfectly. The love, care and professionalism of the Staff and Beth, the owner, was superlative. The facilities are first class. We received periodic video updates and we could see how happy was Duke. The day I picked him up at Serenity he smelled wonderful and his coat was so nice and silky. We plan to treat Duke, once in a while, to a special day at Serenity Dog Retreat."
