"They must be using an untested anesthesia. My kitten, Ace (on the left) died on the table and Daisy, his mother, died 2 days after her spay. I will never use their services again. If I knew it was legal, I would sue them for wrongful death."

"My 9 month old kitten was spayed here, picked her up and thought everything was fine. They provided me a cone that didn't fit and had to tie. She ended up getting an infection with opened. I had to get her an expensive surgery to fix what happened and was told the surgery spay was not done properly. I've never felt so stressed thinking about my kitten dying. I've left voicemails and ended up showing up to the place but got a sign that said will be back a week later. Their website is confusing and the papers are confusing."
