"Shady outfit. Advertised a certain room charge, upon arriving the evening clerk wanted to charge a larger amount. Paid cash cash & the male (clerk) did not provide any receipt. Not accommodating in the least. Customer beware, don't get scammed."

"I have lived in Dothan 2 months, i moved from WV to here, started staying here because on a failed relationship of 9 years, ive stayed here the last 3 nights, even chosen over Motel6, Intown Suites and Daybreak Inn, I have chosen here even after going and checking the others out of Dothan. Compared to a lot of others and even from some of the more expensive and even nicer looking hotels/motels, I have loved this Inn. 5 of 5 all the way!! No bugs, no roaches, no bed bugs, nothing. It may not be the cleanest nor the cheap cheapest depending on your situation, but for food, work location for me being on foot and close to an AMC theater for me it couldn't get any better!"

"This was the most by far worst stay for a hotel. The floor was extremely dirty the beds had really bad sheets. I had to get a blanket out of the car to cover the bed. The bathroom was not cleaned. The TV. remote didn't work, their was clothes behind the couch. The air condition was hot. The TV speaker was blown. I left that day and went to another Much better hotel. What a sleepless night!!NEVER AGAIN!!"

"You get what you pay for, and the price is right. Not always a bad thing. This place was bare-bones, no nonsense. Tiny room with a hot shower and cable TV. Stayed here because it was the cheapest deal I could get, and got exactly what I wanted: a cheap hotel room. There were no bugs, and there was a (leaky) mini fridge and a microwave. Everything needed for the price. Management/office employees were fast and friendly, and that's more important than anything else anyway."

"I wanted to love this place. Well located at an economic lrice. Cute on the outside, mostly redone on the inside. Should be a 5 stars.... but, upon arrival the room was dirty. Not just dirty it was gross. Cigarette burns all over the comforter, sheets with tears in them, pillows just pitched on and all frumpy, dirt on the floor, no towels; only one dingy bath mat and a used wash cloth. Smoke alarm kept chirping, night management ended up leaving it shut off. He made it very clear in his demeanor he did not care. Day manager was horrified at the situation and made sure it was cleaned for our second day which was a good stay. Unfortunately this seems to be a common occurrence for this motel. Complain and they make it right but I don't belive I can push myself to use here again if the "night manager" attitude is the first thing to deal with. Day manager is definitely higher quality than the hotel she works for."
