"If I could give this hotel 10 stars I would! The location is very quiet and has some nice restaurants and coffee shops around. Parking is 25$ and you park in a parking garage. The valet was very nice and friendly! The check in process was quick and easy, we arrived about 30 minutes before official check in and they checked us in no problem. The staff were very welcoming, friendly and accommodating. The room was very clean, comfortable and modern. The room has a small kitchenette with everything you could possibly need to make meals including pots and pans, dish-ware, eating utensils, a stove, fridge and freezer and dishwasher plus more. The hotel has some nice areas to hang out and a place to eat breakfast. Breakfast was awesome and made to order. The coffee was the best I’ve had in any hotel ever, and they have it 24 hours a day! They also have a heated indoor pool which my kids loved. They have a small bar and restaurant but we don’t try it. Overall I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely come back!"
"Check-in was smooth and the staff was friendly. The room appeared to be clean, the bed and pillows were comfortable and I absolutely appreciate the floor not being 100% covered with carpet! Unfortunately, our bathroom did NOT have any washcloths. An employee did eventually bring us a couple. The kitchenette had limited silverware (no knives) and there was no sponge to wash the dishes. Also, if you're a light sleeper, make sure you're NOT on the Piedmont facing side of the hotel. Nonetheless, we would stay again."
"We stayed for 2 nights. The room was very clean and very nice. Bed were comfy. There weren’t any sheets for the pullout bed that we could find. The pool was nice and exercise room was impressive lots of equipment. Parking was easy but pricey. The front lobby was always clean and staff was somewhat helpful. I had a question about a gift card and never got an answer, they kept passing it on to different managers. Lots of seats and areas to hangout in the lobby. The breakfast was good BUT it’s not like your typical hotel breakfast. They have very minimal stuff just some breads and yogurts, but you can get omelets and scrambles made to order. No waffles :( the location was great Starbucks is an 8 minute walk and there’s a few shopping spots near that you probably could walk to. Getting to downtown Atlanta was easy and quick about a 20 minute drive to mercedes-Benz Stadium."
"While the room itself was spacious and pleasant, I found the experience at the front desk lacking in hospitality. The staff seemed solely focused on completing their tasks without considering the guests' welcoming experience or acknowledging any potential frustrations after a day of travel. This sentiment seems to echo in other reviews that also highlighted issues with the service. Moreover, I found the parking fee rather perplexing. Element utilizes the same parking garage as the adjacent office building. The garage entrance clearly displays a rate of $4 per hour with a maximum charge of $12 per day. However, Element charges a steep $25 for parking without a clear explanation at the front desk. Upon further inquiry, I discovered the discrepancy: utilizing the hotel card allows for multiple in-and-out privileges, whereas entering the garage independently necessitates payment within the office building. There may be also other reasons but I don't know. Yet, this distinction wasn't effectively communicated at the front desk. During a similar road trip over the Christmas season, I stayed at Hilton Home2, which also had a parking situation. Home2 charged $30 per day, consistent with the garage's maximum daily rate displayed at $30. My concern here isn't solely about the cost; it's about the overall experience and feeling valued as a guest. Element, if seeking to increase revenue, alternative methods might be more guest-friendly. Enhancing transparency and ensuring guests understand parking policies could significantly improve the overall guest experience."
"A rather nice hotel. My experience with trying to check in over the phone or checking in over the app was a disaster. Was really turned off by the lack of customer service with that. My friend had to wait 7 hours because I was delayed. They might want to revise that policy and offer better training. However, Jacob who checked me in was stellar. Akim helped me with a parking situation and went above and beyond. Still surprised with the poor service and lack of care with wanting to check in over the phone and through the app. It left a bad taste in my mouth. Leaves much to be desired. I hope this can be resolved and addressed in the future for other guests. Everyone can improve. Hopefully, this will change. I will give them another shot. I wish the establishment well. Looking forward to a stellar stay in future."
