"We made a reservation based on location and price. We didn't get to stay at the property because my husband got ill right before we were supposed to leave for Auburn. Taneka, the general manager, called when she noticed we hadn't checked in. I explained the situation and that we wouldn't be using our room. She was so nice and wonderful about the situation. I can't say anything about the room or property since we didn't make it, but the manager is WONDERFUL!"

"We stay in Auburn a few times a year and I have never noticed stayAPT before. Decided to give it a try and I am blown away at the value. First off it is half the price of the places I normally stay. It is a new property (explains why I never noticed it before) and the layout is wonderful. The rooms are very large and set up perfectly for a few day stay or an extended stay. The bathroom is large and the shower feels like you are at home not a hotel. Taneka (one of the managers) lives on the property and is an absolute pleasure. Very friendly, quiet, and for now, under utilized property. This will be our new go to property in Auburn!!!"

"First off this is a brand new property! But for a person that lives out of hotels year-round for work this place is perfect for extended-stay travel workers. Plenty of space. Full kitchen with a actual stove and large countertop bar area for dining. It’s a kitchen, living-room combo with a hallway separating the bedroom, and the bathroom is in the hallway feels like an apartment not a hotel."
