My room was immaculate, boasting stunning views of the city skyline and featuring all the amenities one could need for a comfortable stay. What truly set this hotel apart, however, was the outstanding staff. Every interaction I had with the team was characterized by genuine hospitality and a commitment to ensuring my stay was nothing short of perfect. From the front desk staff who went above and beyond to accommodate my requests to the housekeeping team who kept my room impeccably clean, everyone I encountered was friendly, attentive, and dedicated to providing top-notch service. The hotel's location in the heart of Midtown Atlanta was also a major plus, making it easy to explore the city's attractions and dining options. "Not sure where to start but the experience at this hotel was simply top-notch. The customer service was exceptional. The restaurant was so good that me and my daughter did not want to eat anywhere else. The rooms were like a dream room; it was cozy and had everything that you would want in a room including privacy specially with those barn doors. I wanted to take the room with me. The location was also perfect because it was closed to SCAD and the beautiful Atlantic Station. I love this hotel so much."

"Amazing hotel! Tibria (I think I’m spelling it right) at the front desk and Tia at the restaurant are the best! They need a raise. I’m a regular guest and both of them always make my stay the best. I stay here for work and I couldn’t ask for a better place to stay. Food is always phenomenal and service is perfect. Beds are so comfy and my needs are always met. Looking forward to more stays!"

"Overall, the hotel is nice and has a modern feel. The room was very clean, the bed was super comfy and the shower was excellent. Only downside is that there wasn’t a microwave in the room. But there was a nice water station to refill your bottle w filtered water and ice! Took one star out cause the parking situation was kinda frustrating. They charge $42 for parking, which seems to be normal post Covid, but it’s valet only. The parking structure is pretty small so doing valet felt pointless. Also, they only have one person working so when it’s busy you might have to wait a bit to give/get your car back. That was a bit annoying as the seemed to back up pretty frequently. Location is convenient if you want to be in the middle of everything."
