"I was in town for a conference and wanted to stay close to the aquarium. My only complaint was my room was next to the service closet so there was noise but only during the day. The room was nice and I loved the shampoo/conditioner brand. The breakfast was good with a really good selection. The hotel shuttle was really convenient and appreciated, I took it to the conference. Otherwise walked everywhere else. Of course there are homeless around downtown not just this hotel, but I still felt comfortable enough to walk during the day. I would stay here again."
"Geographically, the hotel is located in a good location, but the dominance of homeless people around and the barbed wire around the parking lot are very annoying. The staff is friendly and ready to help with advice. The hotel itself is pretty run down and everything looks untidy. One letter on the hotel sign does not light up, it turns out to be "yatt". A shame for a hotel worthy of the name! The bathroom and toilet are so cramped that my wife and I could barely turn around in there, despite our size S. Everything in the room is old and untidy, except for the bed and the bedding on it. It's unpleasant to touch everything with your hands. View from the window onto the roof of a neighboring house with noisy air conditioners. The room price is definitely overpriced and does not correspond to reality. As a result, the hotel received an honorable last place out of 22 hotels on our trip."
"Very nice hotel. Clean room, excellent placement in the middle of the city. Everybody at the front counter was super nice, and I'd like to give a shout out to Julius and Betzabe four showing us the ropes, and Jeff for being an awesome driver!"
"We got a block of rooms to attend a conference, so I’m not sure how much the rooms were. We stayed two nights. The room itself was comfortable and clean! The seating area served me well as I heated up and ate some meals on the couch. The toilet and shower area was a little tight, but was functional. The bed was very comfortable and clean feeling. They offer a hot breakfast in the mornings, which I always love in a hotel stay. They had a lot of options and I made sure to eat well. They also have a shuttle service that will take you anywhere in Atlanta within a few miles radius, which became very useful. The shuttle drivers were incredibly nice and very knowledgable about the area. There is a lot within walking distance to the hotel, though. I felt very comfortable and at home here."
"Adequate hotel in a walkable area, but noisy with limited parking. The entrance is not well marked if you are driving in. The TV was on in my room when I arrived which I thought was weird. After turning it off I realized it was to cover up some of the noise- both from outside and from fellow guests. The bed was fine and the room was clean. The quality of breakfast was better than I expected, but the seating area is not well marked coming from the elevators. There is additional seating behind a wall, but it's hard to know that it's there unless you really looked around while you were checking in. The staff did not share that information - or any reminders about check out time when I checked in. The entrance door requiring a room key was disconcerting when trying to check in, especially as it was already dark and there was a homeless man talking to himself on the patio when I arrived. I had to wait for a staff member to see me and open the two sets of doors to let me inside."
