"I stayed at this hotel Friday through Sunday. The entire experience was horrible. This hotel has NO business being a 4 star hotel, should be a two star hotel. I made reservations and paid for the celebration package. When I checked in the items that were to be in the room were not. The items were sent up later and the glasses were dirty. I requested more glasses and they were dirty has well. The towels in the bathroom had hair all on them. I called to the desk and requested to be moved to another room. I was upgraded to a larger room. The chairs in the room were worn, the material is coming off. The TV in the sitting area wouldn’t come on. The sink in the bathroom leaks once you turn off the sink. The paint in the tub is pealing off. The next morning I spoke with the supervisor Katherine. She apologized for the previous night, offered 10K points. Upon speaking to her she asked when I would like the cheese board and wine. I told her 12PM, then I called back to the desk and changed the time to 6PM. I was gone the entire day and upon coming back my room had not been cleaned nor was the cheeses board delivered. I had to call to the desk to have my room cleaned and to have the board delivered. EVERYTHING that was reserved or specifically requested I had to call to get it done. This hotel is the worst. The staff was very nice but the ball is being dropped somewhere. The hotel is in bad need of renovations. Definitely doesn’t provide 4 star quality nor 4 star service. Highly disappointed and will not be returning…Lastly upon check I gave a credit card for incidentals. I had two pending charges in the amounts of 567.00 and 666.00. This hotel is just not good. Do not stay here…"

"The hotel has good location. It’s close to 285 and across from Perimeter mall. The rooms are spacious and clean. They have live music, a nice bar, and good food. Bryan at the front desk was very knowledgeable, friendly & helpful. One con for me is that the furniture in the rooms are a little dated. However my stay was still comfortable. I recommend this hotel as it has a good balance between price & quality."

"I have stayed here several times. I was somewhat forced to stay since my usual property was sold out. As a Le Meridien I would expect more. The lobby and common areas are very nicely appointed. Overall the hotel has a modern feel to it and a good vibe. My lower rating is based on two factors. The rooms and furniture are a bit dated and worn. Parking!! Ridiculous what they charge for parking. It's a total money grab in my opinion. They don't even offer it for free to elite members. Location is great."

"My stay here has been amazing. My room is great. However, there are some things that they could maybe improve on. The room did come with a breakfast bar. However, there is no microwave. The beds have fabric headboards, which are lovely, but one of the beds headboards had stains on it. I dnt doubt that the room was cleaned, but maybe the stain couldn't be removed. Also, I booked a king suite, but the room that was provided was a double queen..that was nothing major, though. Overall, my stay here was great."

"Great location, very clean, staff is amazing. Lobby bar is better than typical hotel bar. Could use a better beer selection but it was lively and the atmosphere was great. I had the chicken tenders on the bar menu and they were very good. Only reason not giving 5 stars is because there are a few areas where it shows the age of the building with minor imperfections but will definitely stay here again."
